Matt Streeter

Engineered Equipment Solutions

President

Matt Streeter started Engineered Equipment Solutions (EES) in 2003 and still serves as its President.
Prior to EES, Matt was a regional sales manager for Aqua Aerobic Systems and was responsible for doubling the sales in his territory.
Matt also held various positions for both equipment manufacturers and consulting engineering firms.
Matt received his BS & Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (Environmental Emphasis) from Iowa State University
Matt is a registered PE in Iowa and a Grade IV wastewater operator in Iowa & Nebraska

Jim Streeter

Engineered Equipment Solutions

Inside Sales Manager

Jim Streeter is an Inside Sales Manager at Engineered Equipment Solutions since 2008
Currently I work with contractors, manufacturers, and others for project bids and management as well as other internal business items
Prior to EES, Jim worked for Tyler Technologies and worked as a training/support specialist
Jim has also worked for Principal Financial Group training new employees entering the their pension department

Brian Dieke

Engineered Equipment Solutions

Vice President

Brian Dieke started work at Engineered Equipment Solutions (EES) in 2017 and serves as Vice President
Prior to EES, Brian was a sales manager for Vulcan Industries and a consulting engineer- Brian received his BS & Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (Environmental Emphasis) from Iowa State University
Brian is a registered PE in Colorado

Tysen Streeter

Engineered Equipment Solutions

Service Manager

Tysen Streeter started Engineered Equipment Solutions (EES) in 2018 as our Service Manager. In 2023, he expanded his role to include Industrial and Plant Sales for EES.
Prior to EES, Tysen was in the agricultural field for 2 years after graduating Iowa State University.
Tysen received his BS Agricultural Business and minor in Agronomy from Iowa State University in 2016.
Tysen is currently a Grade I wastewater operator in Iowa

Brittany Travers

Engineered Equipment Solutions

Nebraska & Western Iowa Sales Manager

Brittany Travers joined Engineered Equipment Solutions (EES) in 2011 covering the Nebraska and western Iowa territory.
Prior to EES, Brittany worked for a manufacturers representative firm in another territory and in the logistics department for Caterpillar.
Brittany received her Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University.
